An AI session is a 24 hours conversation window between a customer and your AI agent. Each session can have unlimited number of messages during that one session. Any unused sessions cannot be carried over to the next month.
What is a channel?
A channel is a medium through which you talk to your customers. Examples of channels are Live chat, FB, Instagram, Email, whatsapp etc. Each package has a set number of channels on which the AI Agents can be deployed.
Can I cancel my Subscription anytime?
We operate on Pay As You Go model which gives you the flexibility to cancel at any time without any penalties, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
What is an AI Action?
Any action that your agent is supposed to take is defined as an AI action. E.g Booking a meeting is an AI action, retrieving information and answering questions is also an AI action. Creating sales, processing orders etc all are classified as an AI Action.
Can I buy additional AI Sessions & AI Agents?
Yes you can buy add-on for purchasing additional sessions or agents beyond your package allocation.
How do I know if i have reached the maximum number of links to be trained?
Once your links are fetched, it would show you the count of pages. Fair usage policy applies.
